Woodlea Manor is a great neighborhood just outside Leesburg, VA, off Route 15, and close to the major commuting routes in Loudoun, including the Dulles Greenway, Routes 7 and 15, and Evergreen Mills Road (which runs parallel to the Dulles Greenway). Leesburg is a great town in the middle of Loudoun County with lots of shopping, including the historic downtown district, Leesburg Outlet Mall, and the various small malls around the perimeter of the town off Catoctin Circle, Fort Evans Road and Battlefield Parkway.
If you are looking for a big box retailer, you can find everything you need in Leesburg, as its home to Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Wolf Furniture, and over 100 other large stores. However, even with all of these big businesses, neighborhoods like Woodlea Manor are “well insulated from the hustle and bustle” of the local business community.
As for restaurants, Leesburg is home to lots of great food options, including Tuscarora Mill, which has won many awards for their menu and Fireworks Pizza, which has some of the best pizza that we have ever had anywhere!
