Equestrian: The neighborhood includes a equestrian facility, Clairvaux at Beacon Hill, owned and managed by Terri and Donald Young.
Golf: The original design of the neighborhood had a golf course facility, which operated from 2001-2006. In 2006, the course was closed and it was on the market for $2.5 million for 8 years until the homeowners association purchased it from the operator for $1 in 2014. The facility is being cleaned up, and the association is in the process of determining next steps to return it to operation.
Association: The neighborhood association is professionally managed by the Beacon Hill Management Corporation with annual dues of $1,680/year, payable quarterly.
Community Water: Many of the homes in Beacon Hill are supplied water through a community system maintained by Loudoun Water. This system is fed with water from two wells located on the property, and is professionally inspected on an annual basis.
Dinner Club: Beacon Hill has a Dinner Club where neighbors can enjoy dinner and meeting neighbors that they might not have had a chance to meet.
