Equestrian: The neighborhood includes a equestrian facility, Clairvaux at Beacon Hill, owned and managed by Terri and Donald Young.
Golf: The original design of the neighborhood had a golf course facility, which operated from 2001-2006. In 2006, the course was closed and it was on the market for $2.5 million for 8 years until the homeowners association purchased it from the operator for $1 in 2014. Update: The 27 hole championship golf course might be making a return soon, courtesy of Belle Terre Golf, LLC!
Dinner Club: Beacon Hill has a Dinner Club where neighbors can enjoy dinner and meeting neighbors that they might not have had a chance to meet.
Association: The neighborhood association is professionally managed by the Beacon Hill Management Corporation with annual dues of $1,680/year, payable quarterly.
Community Water/Sewer/Septic: Many of the homes in Beacon Hill are supplied water through a community system maintained by Loudoun Water. This system is fed with water from two wells located on the property, and is professionally inspected on an annual basis. Also, all the homes have septic systems with most subject to an annual inspection required by Loudoun County to demonstrate their continued effectiveness.
